Tom is a Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) with a decade of experience in the junior exploration and exploration consulting sectors. He brings a combination of technical, operational, and management expertise, having served in Senior Geologist and Exploration Manager roles across multiple jurisdictions. His experience spans both gold and base metal exploration, with a strong background in target generation, program execution, operational planning, and field management. Tom also has extensive experience in 3D modelling, geoscience and exploration software, and data management, providing the Company with a highly versatile technical leader with a broad and practical skill set. Tom holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Geology from Western University.
