Michael Malana, CPA, CMA has extensive experience in administration, accounting and reporting for several public companies. He is currently the CFO of Patriot One Technologies Inc. (TSXV:PAT) where he was instrumental in completing a recent reverse takeover. As CFO and Corporate Secretary of Apivio Systems Inc., (TSXV:APV), he was responsible for Apivio’s transition from a private to a public company. As CFO of Sunward Resources Ltd. (TSX:SWD), he was involved in its transition from the TSX Venture Exchange to the TSX. Prior to that Mr. Malana was the Corporate Controller of Jinshan Gold Mines (now listed on the TSX as China National Gold) when it transitioned from exploration, to development to production. He was also involved in Jinshan’s early adoption of IFRS and their secondary listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Ms. Hills is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 16 years experience in accounting and finance and has achieved increasingly senior roles in public mining companies including with KGHM International and Teck Resources. At KGHM International she led the accounting and financial reporting functions for Quadra Mining and Quadra FNX as well as the international reporting for KGHM International. At Teck Resources she worked closely with the exploration group, leading their accounting, reporting and budgeting functions. She started her career in public practice at BDO and KPMG and holds a BBA. Ms. Hills is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Palladium One Mining Inc.

Derrick Weyrauch, CPA, CA

Derrick Weyrauch, CPA, CA is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant with over 29 years of corporate experience. Most recently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Palladium One Mining Inc. (TSXV: PDM) and an independent director of Cabral Gold Inc, (TSXV: CBR) he is also the founder and a director of Magna Mining Corp., a private mining company. Previously Mr. Weyrauch has held directorships and executive management roles with a number of public companies including exploration, development and operating mining companies.

Mr. Smith has more than 40 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry with expertise ranging from exploration, mining, research, advising, and arranging financings. Mr. Smith started his career as a geologist in the industry, transitioning to a Senior Mining Analyst and later a Investment Banking Managing Director.  From the mid 1990s Mr. Smith also served on the PDAC technical committee responsible for the highly successful PDAC convention in Toronto, Canada. In 2001 and 2002 he was Chairman of the convention, and remained as a Director of the PDAC until 2005.  Mr. Smith is currently the Executive Chairman of Cabral Gold Inc.

Ms. McCormack is a professional geologist with nearly 20 years of experience in exploration and mining, holding roles in Geology, Strategic Development and Indigenous Relations for various companies both in Canada as well as internationally.

Brad Lazich, P. Geo

Mr. Lazich is a professional geologist with 15 years of base and precious metal exploration experience with major mining companies operating in North America: Teck; Vale; and Glencore. He has been the lead on, and part of multiple teams ascribed with several economic mineral discoveries.
